The survey is for all parishioners of St. Margaret of York. Whether you come once in a while or you are here all the time we want to hear from you! If you are a parishioner somewhere else in the Archdiocese of Cincinnati please check with your parish as many parishes in the Archdiocese are running the survey for the parishes and Family of Parishes.

The purpose of the Discipleship Maker Index is to take a snapshot of the faith community.

St. Margaret of York will use the data to assess how we are doing as a parish. We will be able to see our strengths and our weaknesses. Where we are weak we want to become strong and this data will help us discover where we as a parish and where we need to improve.
