Greetings Pilgrims,
I am excited to welcome you to our pilgrimage to the Maria Stein Shrine of the Holy Relics on Weds., May 28, 2025. This email contains information about our day so that you are prepared and can enjoy your experience to the utmost.
About Maria Stein Shrine
The Maria Stein Shrine is a place of peace, prayer, and hospitality. It is known for housing one of the largest documented collections of holy relics in the United States. It also offers opportunities for spiritual renewal and faith nourishment through prayer, pilgrimage, and exploring the lives of the saints. Learn more at the Maria Stein website.
Transportation
We have two buses making the trip, and you will be assigned to one of the buses. I will have a posted list when you arrive so you know which bus to board. If you signed up with another person or a group, you will be on the same bus. I ask that you board the same bus on the return trip.

Waiver
Each participant is required to complete a waiver. If you have not completed one yet, I will have extras for you to sign on May 28. Or you may print one here, complete it, and bring it with you on the 28th.
Plenary Indulgence
There is a special Jubilee Indulgence attached to making a pilgrimage to the Holy Doors (sacred sites) designated within the Archdiocese. FAQ’s about the indulgence and how to gain it are posted to the left. On our way to the shrine, we will say some of the prayers together.
In Closing
My wish for the pilgrimage is that we all experience just what we need: Christ's loving presence; the peace and beauty of the Shrine; renewal and fellowship in our collective journey. In the days leading up to our pilgrimage, let us pray to the Holy Spirit to guide and bless us.
I look forward to seeing you on the 28th. Please let me know if you have any questions or need assistance. The best way to reach me is to call or text 513-646-3954.
