Mike Ott, who has been the Business Manager at St. Margaret of York since 2012, and a parishioner since 1999, has accepted a position with a law firm with offices in Cincinnati and Dayton. He was part of our festival committee for 15 years, and coached volleyball teams for 10 years at SMOY and St. Columban. He has done everything from being a sponsor for RCIA to being a babysitter during Sunday Masses. He has worked for FIVE different pastors here at SMOY. We will miss him greatly and thank him for the wonderful work he has done for this parish over the years. God bless you, Mike!

Kathy McGaughy, who has been the office manager and bookkeeper at SMOY since 2016, has been hired as our new Business Manager. She has been a positive presence on the staff, has been organized and careful in helping to keep our finances in order, been in charge of the treasury for our festival, worked with the school administration concerning tuition and Ed Choice, and has been in charge of making sure that everyone who works here or volunteers for the school or parish is in compliance with the Archdiocesan Safe Parish Program [child safety expectations]. She has many years of supervision of workers and volunteers at several different places and brings a great sense of humor and a willingness to wear many different ‘hats’ to help out where help is needed. Welcome, Kathy! We are so happy to have you as our new Business Manager!
