Re-Enrollment Process For Current Students
St. Margaret of York School is utilizing our on-line system for processing re-enrollment. Each family will receive an email with a link pertaining to their child. One email will be sent for each child currently at St. Margaret of York School; and, it will include a different link for each child (if you have two children currently at SMOY, you will get two emails). Click the link and it will take you to a webpage. Review, revise and/or complete the screens listed. These screens include Student Information, Parent/Guardian Information, Sacrament Information, and Health History. FACTS Management will send each family an email with their updated FACTS tuition account. Each current family will be required to pay a 10% down payment. Once the down payment is received, the re-enrollment process is complete. Re-enrollment for current students must be completed by February 28, 2018.
Registration For A Sibling Of A Current Student
For those families that have children currently enrolled at St. Margaret of York School and need to register a new sibling, your enrollment process involves two similar processes. You will receive the email as listed above to complete re-enrollment information for your child/ren currently at St. Margaret of York School. For any sibling not currently enrolled at St. Margaret of York School, please complete the 2018-2019 on-line application for a new enrollment to begin the registration process for this new student. You will need to have your child’s immunization history available to complete the enrollment form. After completing the registration form, please forward a copy of the child’s birth certificate and baptismal certificate to the school office. You can submit the required documents by scanning each into the on-line application or sending paper copies directly to Allison Holland. Enrollment for a sibling of a current student must be completed by February 28, 2018.
Open Registration For A New Student
Open registration for new families will be conducted February 1, 2018, through February 15, 2018. Please click on the 2018-2019 on-line application for a new enrollment to begin the on-line application form. You will need to have your child’s immunization history available to complete the application. Down Payment For 2018-2019
St. Margaret of York School has included the registration fee, school supply fee and field trips fee in the tuition amount for the 2018-2019 school year. A non-refundable down payment is required with each registration for the 2018-2019 school year. The non-refundable down payment is 10% of the amount of the tuition due not to exceed $1,000 per family. Current families must pay the non-refundable down payment by February 28, 2018. New families will pay a non-refundable down payment upon acceptance.
FACTS Tuition Management
New parents/guardians will be required to set up a tuition and fees account with the FACTS Management Company. Upon acceptance, an email invitation will be forwarded to new families to create their tuition account.
