Registering for the 2019-2020 School Year

Re-Enrollment Process For Current Students

St. Margaret of York School is utilizing our online forms system for processing re-enrollment.  Each family will receive an email with a link pertaining to their child.  One email will be sent for each child currently attending St. Margaret of York School; and, it will include a unique link for that child (if you have two children currently at SMOY, you will receive two emails).  Click the link and it will take you to a webpage.  Review, revise and/or complete the information listed on the various screens.  These screens include Student Information, Parent/Guardian Information, Sacrament Information, and Health History.  FACTS Management will send each family an email with notification that their FACTS tuition account has been updated.  Each current family will be required to pay a 10% down payment.  Once the down payment is received, the re-enrollment process is complete.  Re-enrollment forms must be completed by February 15, 2019.  The down payment is due by February 28, 2019.

 

Registration For A Sibling Of A Current Student

For those families who have children currently enrolled at St. Margaret of York School and need to register a new sibling, the enrollment process involves an additional step.  You will receive the email as listed above to complete re-enrollment for your child/ren currently attending St. Margaret of York School.  For any sibling not currently enrolled at St. Margaret of York School, please complete the 2019-2020 online application (located under the Admissions tab above) to begin the registration process for this new student.  After completing the application, please forward a copy of the child’s birth certificate and baptismal certificate to the school office.  You can submit the required documents by scanning each into the online application or sending paper copies directly to Allison Holland.  Enrollment for a sibling of a current student must be completed by February 15, 2019.

 

Open Registration For A New Student

Open registration for new families will be conducted February 1, 2019, through February 15, 2019.  Please click on the 2019-2020 online application (located under the Admissions tab above) to begin the registration process.  After completing the application, please forward a copy of the child’s birth certificate and baptismal certificate to the school office.  You can submit the required documents by scanning each into the online application or sending paper copies directly to Allison Holland in the school office. 

Down Payment For 2019-2020

A non-refundable down payment is required with each registration for the 2019-2020 school year.  The non-refundable down payment is 10% of the amount of the total tuition due not to exceed $1,000 per family.  Current families must pay the non-refundable down payment by February 28, 2019.  New families will pay the non-refundable down payment upon acceptance.

 

FACTS Tuition Management

New parents/guardians will be required to set up a tuition and fees account with the FACTS Management Company.  Upon acceptance, an email invitation will be forwarded to new families to create their tuition account.

Tuition Assistance
